Cammodelkit Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cammodelkit, including the desktop application, related downloads, update services, documentation, websites, and support resources. By downloading, installing, or using Cammodelkit, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

Cammodelkit is intended for adults who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. You may not use Cammodelkit if you are legally prohibited from using adult-oriented creator tools, livestreaming tools, device automation tools, or any connected third-party service.

2. What Cammodelkit Does

Cammodelkit is local-first desktop software for livestream creators. It can help manage broadcaster account events, chat feeds, tip reactions, overlays, OBS workflows, lighting, Bluetooth devices, toy integrations, local event history, viewer memory, queues, and related automation. Some features connect to third-party services such as Chaturbate, Joystick.tv, OBS, device vendors, lighting vendors, or media services when you configure those integrations.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Using Cammodelkit only where it is lawful for you to do so.
• Complying with the rules of any third-party platforms and devices you connect.
• Obtaining any required permissions from viewers, moderators, collaborators, or account owners.
• Keeping account tokens, API keys, OAuth credentials, and device credentials secure.
• Reviewing automations before enabling them in a live environment.
• Maintaining backups of important local configuration and event history.

4. Third-Party Services and Devices

Cammodelkit can interact with third-party platforms, APIs, hardware, and software that are not controlled by Cammodelkit. Those services may have their own terms, policies, outages, rate limits, account restrictions, and data practices. Cammodelkit is not responsible for third-party services or for actions taken by those providers.

5. Safety and Automation

You control how Cammodelkit automations are configured. You should test device, toy, lighting, OBS, overlay, command, and game behavior before using it live. Do not use Cammodelkit in a way that could cause injury, non-consensual device control, harassment, unauthorized account access, platform abuse, or unsafe operation of connected equipment.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Cammodelkit to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party platform rules.
• Access accounts, devices, streams, chats, or private messages without authorization.
• Collect, store, or disclose personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate notice.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate others.
• Distribute malware, bypass security controls, or interfere with services.
• Remove, alter, or misrepresent copyright, license, or attribution notices.

7. Software License

Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Cammodelkit for your own creator, production, or business workflows. Cammodelkit and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.

8. Updates and Availability

Cammodelkit may check for updates, download update metadata, or direct you to new versions. Features may change over time. Some features may stop working if a third-party platform, operating system, device firmware, browser, or API changes.

9. No Professional Advice

Cammodelkit does not provide legal, financial, medical, safety, tax, moderation, or platform compliance advice. You are responsible for deciding whether your use of the software is appropriate for your situation.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cammodelkit is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cammodelkit disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cammodelkit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, account restrictions, platform enforcement, device malfunction, stream interruption, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use Cammodelkit.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cammodelkit and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Cammodelkit, your content, your connected accounts or devices, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using Cammodelkit at any time. Cammodelkit may suspend or terminate access to downloads, update services, support, or other hosted resources if you violate these terms or create legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.

14. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when the latest version was posted. Continued use of Cammodelkit after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
